Contract between the customer and Artist Structured Apparel for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched ( at which point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched).

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen and prices are correct as placed on the site- please refer to our returns policy below. If a price is placed on the site and is a mistake, we reserve the right to correct the price and deney any current order placed for that incorrect price. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate prior to checkout and payment, and will be shown.

Right To Cancel: You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Payment: We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Artist Structured Apparel Gift Vouchers. Our Guarantee To You: We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case you will be notified prior to despatch of any goods and offered either a 'partial fulfillment' of your order, amendment, or cancellation. All part fulfilled orders will be completed in full once we receive the remaining items, and these will be dispatched free of charge.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 6pm EST. will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day. Those orders received after 6pm will be dispatched on the day after the next day. On despatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you. We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day.

Conformity Of Goods: We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
